Oxygen Freejumping booking flow

Oxygen Freejumping is a trampoline park which had a booking system provided by BookNow. The existing system didn’t give them access to analytics for the booking flow and the UX wasn’t very optimised or accessible, so they came to us to create a front end for the BookNow booking process.

We built them an optimised booking journey using Remix (a React framework) and connected to the BookNow API via a REST api. We had a lot of difficulty with the API in its base form because it was missing required parameters and endpoints (including a log in endpoint) so we worked closely with BookNow to define the spec for the API. We used Mock Service Worker to continue our work with a test API while BookNow worked on creating the endpoints, then once it was ready, we were able to simply switch to their test sandbox.

Unfortunately this is no longer available because Oxygen decided to migrate from BookNow to Roller, and in the move decided to use Roller’s flow instead of adapting our flow to use the Roller API.
